It's the most complete mineral product I know of! Even the rare trace elements that are so important as coenzymes are included.

However, I've been observing for the first time in 2 years (in over 20 years of medical experience) a slowly increasing frequency of deficiency in fluorine and germanium.
Even though fluorine is still frowned upon by non-measuring colleagues and alternative practitioners, I would recommend a very small amount based on my daily observations.

That germanium is not available in Germany is, given its importance for healing chronified diseases, simply scandalous; especially when you see the flimsy explanation of the expert report as to why it doesn't have market approval. Therapists interested in healing should unite here and obtain approval.

In diabetics there is clear improvement regarding sensory disturbances.

Meanwhile I've been taking Athleticum for around 4 weeks. As I already wrote, my serious muscle and fascial problems are a thing of the past.
I've also taken up an ambitious training program again and am doing very, very well. I dose a bit higher when I really push myself hard, and my body feels supple, I recover well. I enjoy my sport to the fullest and that's a wonderful feeling. Sometimes I think: Why didn't I discover Sanopoly earlier? Mostly though I think: How great that I can realize my dreams again. And that's really true: When I can just run, run, run, I drift into daydreaming and that influences many things in my life very positively.

This is exactly the mix of vitamins I was looking for. Admittedly it's not cheap, but with these I'm confident I'm getting very high-quality and strictly controlled capsules. Besides, I'm going on a fasting cure soon and omega and vitamin D are particularly important then, since I won't be able to get these through food so easily. Otherwise good tolerability and cleanly packaged.

The nutrient mix isn't cheap, but the product convinced me enough that I wanted to test it. I've always had slightly irritated skin that hardly anything helps with. The capsules aren't particularly small, but they go down easily with some water. After just 3 days, I see an improvement. One pill a day is enough, so you get 100 days out of it.
