I would like to give you a review of my experiences with your products so far.

After several operations, in the meantime I am one of the few people in Germany with an artificial wrist joint and always looking for a certain freedom from pain, I came across the products of Sanopoly.

In your early thirties, you still have life ahead of you and as a young family man you also want to have full performance.

The consulting - simply outstanding. Time was taken via email as well as by phone to address my complaints. The individual products were explained to me in detail and absolutely credibly.

After more than a month with Sanopoly, I notice daily that I feel literally just better and it's not just the psychological aspect from taking the products.

Except for a few days, I'm completely pain-free, which means the baseline pain I've felt for years is gone. In addition, I feel fit in everyday life, but also more capable when doing endurance sports, the exhaustion phase sets in much later and classic muscle soreness is negligible.

I've already tested several shakes. Until now, almost all of them had a taste that took some getting used to. With this one you can really taste the vanilla. This makes it easier to overcome the hurdle of drinking the shake at all.
The hunger feeling for me has become noticeably less after the first two days. It's also noticeable on the scale and I've already lost some weight.
I can only recommend the shake.

I've always tried to reduce my weight but didn't want to do diets. I now take Priosa Shape in the morning and so I can skip breakfast. I have a feeling of satiety without having to go hungry. Highly recommended

With almond milk from Alpro, absolutely amazing! Nice and light with a shake-like consistency. After my morning training session, it's the first thing I have to avoid breakfast until lunch if I don't have time to prepare a special protein mix to meet my muscle needs! High quality, efficient and delicious... what more could you want as an athlete!

My doctor told me a while ago that I should eat more fish so I take in more omega 3. Unfortunately fish doesn't taste good to me and with PriosaLipid I get my omega 3. My blood values have normalized.

I used to get cramps often after training, sometimes at night when I was sleeping, which indicates a magnesium deficiency. Since I've been taking Priosa Complete, that's gone. I also don't feel as sluggish anymore. I can only recommend it.

A truly unique dietary supplement

Normally I don't write reviews here on Amazon, but for the Sanopoly products and here especially the "Complete" I'm happy to make an exception, because this product is really great! Before Complete, I had never seen a dietary supplement that really covers (almost) all needs in one product and that with natural ingredients, which are known to have a much higher bioavailability than synthetic preparations. I've been using the preparation in my stressful everyday life for several weeks now and can really say that it makes a difference. More energy, better mood and significantly higher resilience with physical and mental exertion. For me personally, I've found my brand - in this sense, many thanks to Sanopoly.

Super fast shipping and great product. It worked quickly for me. Burping and bloating are a thing of the past. Finally a natural product that does what it promises! I'm thrilled. I could have used this earlier.

I bought the shake a few days ago. Unfortunately the shake only comes in vanilla, but the taste is very good. The can contains 630 grams of powder, which is enough for about 18 servings. The price is not exactly cheap for a shake, but in return it is also vegan and contains coconut blossom sugar. The powder is free of genetic modification and lactose-free. The shake is mixed with 350ml of liquid (milk or water) and can replace one meal 1-2 times a day. One serving contains 107 kcal so it's ideal for example as a breakfast replacement or as a dinner replacement. Due to the low kcal it's ideal for losing weight. The shake has a protein content of 8.2 g per serving.

I also find the shake perfect for on the go, which only requires a shaker cup.

This is the shake for during the day, so meant as a meal replacement for breakfast or lunch. You can also drink it in the evening, however the powder contains caffeine.

Normally I'm skeptical about nutritional supplements because there are really endless products available on the market that all promise quite a lot, but usually deliver little. I became aware of Sanopoly through a friend's recommendation who had made very good experiences with the product Complete. I've been taking Athleticum for almost three weeks now and I really have to say that since then I've had fewer muscle problems or pain after my strength training and furthermore also more endurance or performance gains in my sessions. Really a great product that I can wholeheartedly recommend :-)

As an athlete, I engage more intensively with the topic of nutritional supplements and thus of course also with omega 3.
Many products claim to be highly dosed and in an optimal ratio, and when you then look at the table of contents, you're usually disappointed. I ordered the Sanopoly lipid capsules because they are really optimally dosed and contain not only omega 3 but also omega 6. I'd rather spend a bit more for quality. Here's also a tip for everyone who doesn't know much about omega 3 capsules. Just open a capsule, if they stink they're usually already oxidized and unfortunately most products on the market do that. The Sanopoly capsules, on the other hand, smell hardly at all :-) I'm totally satisfied and can really recommend them to everyone!

I like the shake.
For the "350mL of liquid" I use half water, half almond milk, so a serving has about 200kcal.
Not very cheap, so 4/5 stars, but that's often the case with vegan foods. And I find it satiating.
