Many products have both left and right-rotating alpha lipoic acid. This basically cancels out the effect. Here it's 100% right-rotating alpha lipoic acid. I think that's very good. I use it for my frequent headaches.

R-alpha-lipoic acid. I've read a lot about it but was unsure about its effects. In fact, I can't say much about the effects since I had no symptoms that should have improved.

First impression is very positive. Good solubility. The taste is delicious but not too sweet. I chose the powder over the tablets because that way you easily consume more liquid. Of course, I can't say anything about the positive long-term effect yet.

I got the drink and the tablets of the aminos in combination. Since I'm not really a fan of consuming tablets. That's why the text and criticism turns out the same.

First, I was able to notice a certain increase in performance in sports. My well-being was just better, which kept me going in endurance sports. I also had less muscle soreness or of course muscle soreness is present, but that pain (especially when you press on the muscle) is gone. Muscle soreness yes, muscle pain no.

I didn't notice any change in muscle growth or athletic performance. That can be positive or negative, it's not worse in that aspect than BCAAs obviously, but also not better - although it doesn't promise muscle growth now.

But through the combination with PriosaMENT I noticed an improvement in joints and connective tissue. Less pain when muscle soreness is there. Just a pleasant exhaustion.

Occasionally I have diet days. And I definitely have less cravings. Whether it's due to the product, I can't say for sure. But it was definitely a positive experience

200 IU/tablet. That's a value specification that I can do something with. International Units are recognized units of measurement. Unfortunately, other products with other value specifications confuse me. A positive rating for that.

In combination with PriosaSULF (Methionine) by Sanopoly, which I tried with 3 capsules each in the evening, my recurring knee pain completely disappeared. I used to take SOD from other manufacturers, which showed little effect.

Price/performance really great. The quantity specification in IU is correct and honest. Oddly enough, there are many confusing specifications here, which is why I didn't understand things easily.

The effect of antioxidants is not always noticeable. Rather preventive. Unless you have corresponding measurements taken, which I haven't done. But the product agrees with me very well. -

I take an OPC product and have always combined it with Vit C. But I wanted to add Vit C as an antioxidant as well.

Then I came across an article about SOD and this stuff is effective like nothing else. Sleep quality improved rapidly. Little tip - just google superoxide dismutase and read up on it. Then you know where many serious health problems in humans come from.

Our whole family has been using the product for a long time. We are very satisfied.

I bought the product for my skin. The additives are everything the outer skin needs. I was definitely able to notice an improvement.
But it must be clear that many skin problems can have other causes. In other words: if the product doesn't work, it has a deeper-seated cause - see a doctor.
But that doesn't change anything about the high quality of the product. Because it does what it advertises - everything the skin needs.

Because of my lactose intolerance and my healthy appetite, I occasionally have a restless, acidic stomach. Without additional lactase intake, PriosaGAST had a positive effect. The problem hasn't completely disappeared, but it has really improved over time. I took the product daily and it seems to work preventively as well.

I took bromelain and papain separately for a while because that's supposedly supposed to help with inflammation e.g. joints. Here that was combined with a few other ingredients and is supposed to do the digestive tract good. The tablets suit me very well and my restless digestion seems - or so I imagine - to have actually gotten better. Of course, it doesn't replace the need to be careful about what you eat.

After regular intake of the product, I found that I felt more awake throughout the day. Even in the morning, which wasn't always the case. This product is only to be recommended for a more vital sense of well-being. Punctual delivery, high-quality product.
