I used it as part of a diet and have to say that it didn't overpromise. Tastes particularly good with vanilla almond milk and keeps you full for a long time.

I've been taking these for over 6 months and have hardly had any health problems since. I think Complete has something to do with it.

I've been taking the tablets for 2 months. I use them to complement Complete to have the best possible supply. I'm of the opinion that I got through the winter well. Curious to see how it looks over a longer period.

I'm writing an update to my first review. By now I've been taking Athleticum for around 4 weeks. As I've already written, my serious muscular and fascial problems are a thing of the past. Because of these, I could barely train for several months and therapeutic help brought relief, but not really the breakthrough. After taking Athleticum, combined with Complete and Priosa Lipon Forte, the problems got better after three days and disappeared after a week. This sounds like an advertising announcement that flutters into our mailboxes daily and which I haven't trusted for a long time. That's why I've given my full name because it really happened to me!
Meanwhile I've resumed an ambitious training program and I'm getting along very, very well. I dose a bit higher when I exert myself very hard, and my body feels supple and recovers well. I'm enjoying my sport to the fullest. Sometimes I think: Why didn't I get to know Sanopoly earlier? Most of the time, though, I think: How wonderful that I can fulfill my dreams again.

I've had several versions of this product. The company constantly works on improving their formulas. Here they're really improvements. I look at the ingredients. Unlike other companies that just want to save money that way. The product works better time after time.

I've tried many products and I no longer believed in the effectiveness promised in advertising. On the recommendation of a friend, I tried another product PriosaSHAPE Day. I take that in the morning and thus skip breakfast. It really does satiate and thus helps replace the meal, this hunger feeling goes away completely. I can recommend it.

With regular intake of PriosaComplete I feel physically and mentally fit. I have more energy, am more active, can sleep better at night and am very satisfied with the product.

After I banished countless opened cans of shake powder from my kitchen, knowing I would never touch them again anyway, I decided to take one more chance and spend a bit more money to find the right shake for me. I was looking for a nutritious supplement to my nutrition/sports program and came across the Priosa shake, which has now become my daily routine after sports at lunch.
Unfortunately, in the evenings I often lack the time and/or motivation for long cooking sessions, and so I found a good alternative with the PriosaShape Night.
The powder dissolves without lumps and makes a creamy, very delicious vanilla shake. This virtually fills me up immediately and keeps me satisfied until the next afternoon without hunger. Definitely a worthwhile investment for me and at €3.90 (powder + milk) per meal, completely reasonable.

What can I say!?
I tried LaVITA and Cellagon before.
The products are not bad but I don't know any product on the market that works nearly as well as PriosaVIT.
"...more than 50 nutrients, 13 vitamins, over 40 fruit, vegetable and medicinal herb extracts from natural sources..."
and that in capsule form.
The juices are too impractical for daily use for me.
