So, that was the first month with Sanopoly (PriosaCOMPLETE + PriosaSHAPE).
There are clear, positive changes.

A substantial breakfast makes a big difference. A handful of frozen berries in it, and the shake tastes more like a sweet treat/"reward snack" (like a milkshake at McDonald's back in the day). "You deserve something nice" - that's the principle. I can noticeably feel the fiber. Better than anything I've tried before for fiber intake (from crackers to spelt rings). I feel less weak in the heat - that's what I was hoping for. Generally more energy available. In all areas (and thanks to my girlfriend too for this!).

The dietary supplements are excellently tolerable and have had the intended effect on me.
Since there are a lot of fakes on this market, it's been really nice for me to have found this provider through my trusted doctor.

Especially in the extremely hot months I find the mineral supplementation through PriosAATHLETICUM super practical. I find it interesting that with amino acids they don't rely on BCAA. The highly dosed sulfur-containing amino acids are supposed to improve recovery in the muscles. Everyone has to determine the effect for themselves, I definitely notice it.

My therapist recommended PriosaLIPID to me because I have an omega deficiency. But it should also be about the comprehensive intake of various fatty acids. Therefore PriosaLIPID should be suitable. My symptoms have already improved somewhat. The only small downside is the krill oil it contains.

Works great and provides energy for the whole day

I wanted to follow up on my review from about 2 months ago. So my mood has been getting a little bit better day by day. I will definitely continue taking the product.

I was recommended to take 4 capsules of this with plenty of water when a migraine starts to develop. If the migraine can be averted, I don't have to take those chemical medicines. It actually works partially. Not always, but it works well.

Even very rare high-quality fatty acids in it. Don't feel like I'm paying for some brand name, but for quality.

Good product! But there's 1 downside: The description says: "Not included are those elements that require special medical consideration (e.g., excessive iodine doses), substances that should not be taken over longer periods (e.g., creatine or fluorine) and those that are banned in official competitions or not approved in Germany as food additives (e.g., germanium)."

Dear Sanopoly Team - you should definitely point that out.
Otherwise you lose trust in your products, which are otherwise basically good.

A very well-thought-out mix of enzymes, amino acids, vitamins, etc. I think it's good. I take it gladly and like to order again. The smell comes from the enzymes.

I'm satisfied with the product. Even the price wouldn't bother me. But 2 days after my purchase it was on sale. Well, that happens... There's not much to say about the effect with a preventive product.

This product is also top-notch.

Great blend of various fatty acids.

The enzymes contained in it are also supposed to help with inflammation. While Sanopoly doesn't advertise this, there are products with these enzymes for that purpose. But since these are quite expensive (pharmacy products) and I have a better price-to-performance ratio here, I decided on this one. Enzymes are typically taken with meals. I've positively noticed that I tolerate my meals better as well.

It's also, which I think is brilliant, contained in MINO 2.0, Complete and Athleticum. Therefore, I don't actually take it separately. But since I currently have increased problems in the tendon and ligament area, I find additional supplementation useful.

Price/performance really great. The quantity specification in IU is correct and honest. Oddly enough, there are many confusing specifications here, which made it difficult for me to get a clear picture.

The effect of antioxidants is not always noticeable. Rather preventive. Unless you have corresponding tests done, which I haven't done. But the product suits me very well.

I've now been taking Priosa Complete for 3 months and I notice that my general condition has definitely improved. I feel fit and more active again.
