Excellent quality of the oils. They stay in liquid form in the capsule. At 2 capsules a day, it lasts for a month. For that, you're really taken care of holistically here and can strike fish from the menu if you don't like it - like me. Hemp oil is also included, which is really coming on as an expensive lifestyle product at the moment.
