Either I'm imagining it, or the effect sets in very quickly. Anyway, I feel good and healthy because of it. That's what matters.

A good product in itself. The aftertaste and smell are quite unusual though. The instruction on the box is missing the note that it's bioactive folic acid (methyltetrahydrofolate). I could only find this on the website. 100 capsules at the recommended 5 per day don't even last a month. I wanted to reorder the product, but then found out it suddenly became 9 euros more expensive. At around 75 euros per month without a subscription, I'll have to think twice about that.

When I asked why D2 is included, I was told that the effect is supposed to work better in the brain because of the chemical structure. I couldn't verify that now, I don't know enough about it. But since this is a product that has dedicated itself to serotonin - i.e., brain metabolism - I find it plausible. Self-test showed that I actually felt better - but I'm also not a very moody person. So the result is positive.

I came across it because of the long-term effect. I always took 5htp before, but it declined over the course of the day. then I always had to carry more 5htp tablets with me to work. here it's enough for me to take it at the beginning of the day until the evening everything is good mood-wise! only it's much more expensive

I'm a patient in one of the doctor's practices where the formulations were developed. That's why the doctor was able to explain to me really well why the formulation is the way it is. That makes perfect sense, but it's hard to understand. More people should be able to understand the value of it!
