Measurably raises Vit D levels. I had this done and measured at my dentist as a companion measure.

You never know what you're missing. Here you have safe dosages of everything. I haven't experienced any negative effects when taking it. More capable and I don't worry about being undersupplied.

I get migraines very often. Something where you can only really help with chemicals. My therapist recommended the product R Forte to me for it. I take it regularly. When a migraine is coming on, I double the dose and the migraines are less frequent and weaker.

hello, I've been using this product for quite a while now. It agrees with me. I've also gotten rid of a rash with it. I'm taking it now preventively.

I took Complete first. But it was too expensive for me. I keep taking this one because it's my biggest weak point with the most deficiency.

Unfortunately the tin only lasts a month. But it's just amazing how much is in it.

I feel good with it.
